I’ve been working like a crazy woman this spring redoing garden spots, adding new garden spots, planting, mulching, planning, shopping, and creating. It’s been a hoot, and I’ve loved the bonus of this early growing season. I’ve added several photos to a new garden slideshow, and I’ll be updating this slideshow from time to time with new pictures. Welcome!…

I absolutely love the very cool ways you are displaying your plants and flowers! Planting in a purse and in a pair of boots….I love it!! Thanks so much for the share…I’m following also. 🙂
Thanks, Tamara, finding unusual ways of doing regular things is part of the fun– and the creative process! Thank you for following my blog. 🙂
We really are connected!
Susan…I thought so!– it was just one of those ‘feelings’. I’ve thought about you so often over the years, wondering how you were doing.
(*Note to readers: Susan is my first cousin, lots of childhood memories here.)
loved the photos. specially the purse pot and the cute little sporty gnome. thank you for sharing!
Yahikibuta…the Iowa Hawkeye gnome belongs to my hubby. I wanted a gnome for the garden (gnomes are connected with the ‘Earth’ element) and this one seemed unique. 🙂
Your slideshow is absolutely beautiful….!! You have a lovely sanctuary surrounding your house,,,,!!
Thank you, Debbie– it wasn’t always, I’m working on it, one garden spot at a time. 🙂 Fortunately, I love doing it. I’ve got a spot all fixed up for one of those cute little garden sheds– the ones that are made from pieces of vintage houses and barns. They are so cute, and I think it would be fun to have one.
