The Lovers:  This is the “hot sex, I can’t keep my hands off you, fuck me again card”. It usually pops up when a new relationship is on the horizon, or someone is already immersed in the frenzied early stages of a relationship. They can’t get enough of each other, not enough kissing, not enough talking, not enough touching, not enough sex. When they’re not together, they’re thinking about being together. Every hour they are away from each other feels like an eternity, and when they are together hours seem to pass like minutes. The thing is, and no one caught up in this incredible connection will believe you, but the thing is, this won’t last. It can’t. It would be physically impossible to maintain this height of passion, this intensity of feeling, this myopic obsessive compulsion for another human being.

But it is incredible, absolutely undeniably incredible, so enjoy it while it lasts.
