I loved it. And I left a comment on the YouTube trailer of this show saying just that and more — how relaxing it was to watch, that it has an almost ASMR quality about it, that it’s very calm and filled with beautiful images, and colors, and decor. I said that I also loved her soft quiet voice throughout the show, that it just added to the calm and relaxing ambiance.

The “Stars” Keep Coming

The “stars” keep coming. Apparently this book has hit a cord with many people out there, women particularly, who connect with the experiences that are reflected here. Please, keep passing this book along… to your sister, your friend, your co-worker, or acquaintance, anyone you think would benefit by reading it, by hearing someone else’s story, by discovering that they are not the only ones to experience the narcissist and a toxic relationship. You are not alone, and the best thing you can do to protect yourself is to arm yourself with knowledge; knowledge about the different faces of emotional instability and abuse, knowledge about how to deal with this kind of situation and this type of person. Learn how to heal, how to move on, or how to rebuild. Pass it on…
