After you read this article, you might wish for the good old days of a rotary landline phone that hung on the kitchen wall with four feet of cord attached to it. It would be a little hard to use this device for cozy clandestine conversations with the opposite sex.
You can be sued for personally bashing someone online…
When individuals feel that their reputation is damaged because of a reckless comment made on Facebook, Twitter, or other social media channels, they may consider pursuing a defamation lawsuit against the insulting party. Through a libel lawsuit, they may be able to recover compensation for the damages that they have sustained.
This little lady is a mortician in Los Angeles, with a mortuary business called “Undertaking LA”. She’s the author of books on death, and she’s an advocate for “going green” with natural burials and a lot of what would be considered unorthodox alternatives. She’s hilarious, and charming, and an absolute delight to watch — yes, even with her subject matter.
Dealing With a Jealous Ex-Spouse ~ “Men most often feel jealous when their ex-spouse begins having sex with another man, while women feel jealous when their ex-spouse becomes emotionally involved with another woman.”
If you are getting phone calls from your ex, they have chosen the most direct form of communication—this is a great sign. This is very up front and keeps you in real and direct contact, making it feel as if the relationship really isn’t over for good…
This year, 2019, has seen me expand my blog (and my tarot practice) to be extended and focused on relationship issues. This is probably the main theme for most of my readings. Money comes second, believe it or not, matters of the heart take presidence over our bank accounts.
The following blog post titles are links that will take you to Every Cat Has a Tale. If you recognize an issue in this list, follow the link to find out how you can cope with it, or resolve the problem.
The mother-in-law saga continues at my Other Blog (Every Cat Has a Tale), which has just had a facelift, by the way. It’s the last of this series, and hopefully the final conclusion to mothers-in-law period. MIL#5 is up this week. What did I learn from her? Click Here to find out. (PS ~ you have to Bring This Blog Post Up to make this link live)
This is the Nebraska artist whose work is featured on the cover of my next book, “The Spiritual Feminist”!
Most people have no idea how much work it takes to get to this point– the creation is one aspect of it, and then you have the presentation, and the publicity behind it to get your work out there. Included in this collection is the Apple Heart Sculpture featured on the cover of “The Spiritual Feminist”.

I spend literally ALL DAY taking new photos of the Broken Heart sculptures, getting them cropped and put together in ID and uploaded onto this lovely little blog right here https://anneturrell.wordpress.com/broken-hearts/ so please be a peach and let me know how things look, make the last 6 hours of my day worth while 🙂
I made this one after a conversation with my mum about how we all seem to wear our hearts on our sleeves and get screwed over because we’re so transparent with out feelings/thoughts/desires. I sometimes wonder if the freedom that comes with being so honest is worth the emotional blows?? But I’m not sure debating this matters since we can’t seem to function any other way 🙂
It’s like an emotional hoodie lol; it’s zipped open because we are always spilling our baggage all over the place. It was difficult adding the zipper down the front, I couldn’t get the clay to set right without it already in place (I had wanted to glue it in after it dried) but instead I ended up pinning it in place while still wet. The pins started to rust and made red spots through the clay, so I took it as a sign and knew I had to continue the…
Latest broken heart sculpture, I needed a steampunk heart with gears and such to keep it running after it’s too tired to pump on its own any longer.
Because I am just so tired sometimes.
I am very proud of this one, it looks nice and meaty (almost leathery) and it was great fun sticking it full of metal staples/stitches. It was also nice to break away from the clean white lines of the other hearts, this one feels more real to me, more like it belongs to a real person. A strong, determined, or maybe just stubborn person who refuses to give in or take any shit. I like it 🙂
YOLO credit goes to D.J.the 2nd on my Facebook, I couldn’t think of a title I liked (Steampunk Something is just too obvious lol) and with technology advancing the way it is who knows, in the future maybe we won’t live only once.
