Today it’s about two topics: self-assertion and business…There seems to be two distinct messages here for two very different situations (and perhaps people). Short and to the point today: #1 things will change when you find your voice and #2 remember what went wrong the first time ’round, don’t repeat it.
So, we have Narcissism, Machiavellianism, and Psychopathy, each one an individual snag in the mental makeup of successful happy human beings. But when you put all three of these aspects together under one roof, so to speak, it makes for a daunting mental landscape.
The idea of a disembodied soul finding refuge in a recently vacated body is a little spine tingling, because it just is, but there are millions of people, spiritualities, and cultures who have believed for centuries that this is possible and does happen. Let’s take a closer look.
The truth is, you will never escape from the world of cliques, never. I thought that this eccentric novelty would disappear once life raced past the halls of junior high and high school; but no, this strange phenomenon will follow you to college and on into the workplace. It has also surprisingly followed me into the world of publishing, as well as the world of tarot. Everywhere — everywhere — you will find a group of ramshackle people drawing mysterious boundaries, forming unnamed clubs, clinging to each other like Neanderthals in the midst of a dangerous stone age world.
This was fun to watch! It’s an interview with guest Rachel True, who played Rochelle Zimmerman, the pretty little black witch in The Craft, and the podcast host is Christine Taylor, who played Laura Lizzie, the mean racist blond cheerleader in The Craft… What a fun interview!! These ladies are so cool together.
Rachel True is also the creator of a tarot deck and the author of a full-sized book that goes with it, which includes 22 personal essays on her life and how it connects with each of the major arcana cards.

This is one of those readings that just keeps unfolding and adding to the story the more cards you pull. (in 3rd person): Someone had a brief affair that they may have viewed as harmless and very temporary. The thing is that the recipient of their attention and affection had a completely different perspective of the experience They took it very seriously, so seriously that they may have made major life changes around it.
And now what?
This person has been sitting on their experience while mentally building up all kinds of resentment, jealousy, anger, and bitterness. They’ve had a bit of time to mull over the whole ordeal in their mind, and it looks like they may finally act on their emotions. Karma may come knocking.
This podcast almost didn’t make it to YouTube. What you hear is actually my third attempt at this requested reading for two scenarios from my last Short n’ Sweet video. It was most unusual, and after each of the first two attempts at this, I chose not to publish those readings, but anyway, you’ll see what I mean when you watch the video.

Today we’re going to take a look at the writing process. What did you want to know?… Well, here’s the questions I’ve received, and the questions that will be answered in this episode:

And has he met his match?
As I state in this video, one of the most interesting aspects of this requested reading is that it was requested under an obviously made-up online name, so I don’t know the gender of the individual who made the request, and I don’t know if this request came from the King himself, or a partner, or someone else around this King who is affected by his choices and actions.
Interesting. And I was intrigued at picking up information from both perspectives, for the King himself as well as his partner. We really get a good look at the hedonism behind this King, how his brain works, how he views situations as opposed to how the people around him see things, as well as the prospect of this King finally meeting his match.
What’s in store for this King? As I said, some people would call it Karma. Wait for the end.
